Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage emails and calendars, ensuring timely follow-ups and scheduling.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries with professionalism.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital or physical file systems.
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and team logistics.

2. Customer Support

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through email, phone, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, manage orders, and resolve support tickets efficiently and empathetically.

3. Content Creation

  • Write clear, engaging blog posts, articles, or other digital content.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure high quality and consistency.
  • Assist in publishing and updating content on websites or content management systems.

4. Project Management

  • Support project coordination by managing timelines, deliverables, and task assignments.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to ensure objectives are met.

Required Skills

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Professional and effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and communication platforms like Slack and Zoom.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data handling, documentation, and scheduling.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues independently.
  • Time Management: Self-driven with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Bulgaria and English (written and spoken).
