Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Reports to: Head of HR - KSA

Location: Confidential Bank – Saudi Arabia


Job Purpose:

Act as a strategic HR partner by aligning people practices with business goals. Own and manage HR operations, ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policies, and serve as a key liaison for both internal and external HR-related matters.

This role requires independent judgment within defined policies and represents the HR function at the branch level. It acts as the key resource for all people-related matters in the country.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR operations and act as the main HR point of contact for the branch.
  • Develop and update HR policies in line with local regulations and group guidelines.
  • Support management with HR advisory, planning, and service delivery.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate reporting to Group HR.
  • Oversee activities such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and manpower planning.
  • Coordinate annual HR initiatives like performance reviews, training, and employee surveys.
  • Ensure readiness for audits and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with local authorities and regulators on HR matters.
  • Manage vendor relationships, especially those related to manpower supply and outsourcing.
  • Drive employee engagement and communication efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and share insights with the broader HR team.
  • Prepare reports related to talent, succession planning, retention, and performance.


Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree minimum qualification
  2. Banking sector experience required
  3. Minimum of 8 years in HR
  4. CIPD
