Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated CA Finalist who is eager to apply their technical expertise and contribute to critical areas including accounting, taxation, financial reporting, audit support, and business finance operations in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.
• Assisting with statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and ROC requirements.
• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for business performance.
• Handling vendor payments, client invoicing, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
• Liaising with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors.
• Implementing internal financial controls and improving operational processes.

Key Requirements:

• CA Finalist (Cleared both groups of IPCC and completed articleship).
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and audit procedures.
• Good understanding of IT/ISP industry dynamics (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
