We are seeking a qualified ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) professional, preferably with Big Four articleship background, to lead the Internal Audit function of our diversified group. The ideal candidate will bring strong MNC experience, a proactive mindset, and exceptional interpersonal skills. This role will ensure that internal controls, governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks are operating effectively across all group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan covering all group companies and business functions.
• Lead and manage internal audit assignments from planning through execution and reporting.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, financial and operational processes, and compliance with group policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide value-added recommendations to improve efficiency, control, and governance.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Prepare and present audit reports and risk assessments to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain a culture of integrity, accountability, and transparency across the organization.
• Lead and mentor a small team of auditors across business units or geographies.
• Stay updated with best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACA qualified (ICAEW / ICAP), with completed articleship from a Big Four firm.
• 7–10 years of progressive internal audit or risk management experience, with at least 3 years in a multinational corporate environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and audit management tools.
• Solid understanding of COSO framework, risk assessment methodologies, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• High integrity, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information.
• A personable, confident, and professional demeanor with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
