Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically skilled and highly organized Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to manage and deliver façade projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all phases of aluminum and façade system execution—from planning and design to site implementation and client handover. A valid Qatar driver’s license is required due to frequent site and client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage the complete lifecycle of façade projects, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, and budget control.
• Technical Coordination: Provide technical guidance on façade system design, structural performance, and installation methodology.
• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical issues, and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments (design, engineering, procurement, and PM) for coordinated project delivery.
• Client Liaison: Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and contractors; provide regular updates and resolve project concerns.
• Procurement Management: Oversee material sourcing and delivery, ensuring timely supply and quality standards.
• Compliance & Documentation: Prepare and manage technical submittals, reports, change orders, and progress documentation in compliance with local codes.
• Risk & Safety Management: Identify project risks early and implement corrective safety and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in aluminum and façade project engineering.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong technical expertise in façade systems, materials, and site practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project tools like Primavera or MS Project.
• Familiarity with local building codes and international façade standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight timelines.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
