Proto IT Consultants is a growing technology company focused on delivering innovative digital solutions to clients across industries. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical SQA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive testing of web and mobile applications, including UI, user flows, and backend functionality.
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and concisely from early development stages.
• Execute unit, alpha, beta, smoke, and sanity testing to validate overall software quality.
• Test APIs for accuracy, performance, and response time using tools like Postman or similar.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues and align on requirements.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and documentation protocols.
• Suggest and implement improvements in testing processes, automation, and methodologies.
• Utilize tools such as JMeter, Selenium, and Jira to support QA activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2- 3 years of professional experience in software QA/testing.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with tools like JMeter, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, and Selenium.
• Knowledge of QA processes, SDLC, and Agile development methodology.
• Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) and performance testing.
• Basic understanding of programming/scripting languages such as Flutter and Node.js is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
