• Role Summary:

We’re looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Officer to scale our co-working space in Gulberg. Your key responsibilities will include bringing in leads, converting them to clients, and renting out workspace to capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (walk-ins, LinkedIn, startups, local businesses).
• Conduct virtual/in-person tours of the space.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through CRM or sheets.
• Follow up with leads until converted.
• Close deals and ensure client onboarding.
• Achieve monthly occupancy & revenue targets.
• Create partnerships with agencies, consultants, and event organizers.
• Represent the brand at networking events and meetups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
