Are you a procurement professional with hands-on experience in vendor, tender, and contract management? I am looking for an experienced Procurement Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale transformation initiative within a leading consulting firm.
You will be part of their Procurement Transformation practice , helping clients drive business performance, improve operational efficiency, and manage risk across sectors such as finance, supply chain, customer engagement , and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary liaison with vendors, handling inquiries, meetings, updates, and performance tracking.
- Manage key documents (contracts, NDAs, SLAs), compliance checks, and vendor data.
- Process purchase orders and invoices, ensuring cost control and regulatory adherence.
- Maintain strategic relationships and negotiate pricing or improvements.
Tender Management
- Lead end-to-end tender processes including scope definition, RFQ/RFP creation, vendor outreach, bid evaluations, and award issuance.
- Ensure tender procedures comply with internal policies and legal standards.
- Generate reports and maintain comprehensive documentation for audit readiness.
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts in collaboration with legal and project teams.
- Manage full contract lifecycles including sign-off, milestone tracking, renewals, compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Utilize CLM platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Icertis, DocuSign CLM ) and tools like SharePoint or Google Drive for document management.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A detail-oriented professional with strong procurement, legal, and stakeholder management skills .
- Experience using procurement and contract tools (CLM systems, document management platforms, calendar tracking).
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across cross-functional teams.
- A proactive communicator with the ability to resolve disputes and drive continuous improvement.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A postgraduate degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management , or a related field (preferred).
- At the Senior Manager level , a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting or industry, with a focus on procurement regulations and government compliance .
- Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, CPIM , or equivalent are advantageous but not mandatory .
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Category Management , Strategic Sourcing , Contract Management , Supplier Relationship Management , or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes .
- Proven experience in leading large project teams and engaging diverse stakeholder groups through complex procurement process design and operating model transformations .
