Job Description
Overview

Under supervision of the Program Manager & DPM, Logistics Manager will have full authority and

responsibility for the overall effective management and allocation of the personnel and resources

necessary to meet all contract specifications involving Logistics Support (Supply, property and

Transportation) Program requirements, along with appropriate coordination of Program Department

Managers. Interfaces with local US Government representatives as the primary V2X point of contact for

all Logistics Support requirements. Directly responsible for the day-to-day management, supervision, and

performance of all Logistics operations; administration; support; configuration control; property

management; computerized maintenance management system; TMDE; facilities; fleet management; and

ES&H. Works closely with the Government staff and organizations across the AOR to ensure proper

coordination and communication occurs to enhance overall mission accomplishment. Works with other

Program Senior Leaders to ensure successful completion of the ISA BOSC contract operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that material maintenance, transportation, supply, operation of Governmentautomated

systems, and other services are provided as required in support of the

Program.

  • Monitors the performance of department managers and supervisors and ensure

submission of CDRL reports and other tasks, as required, including:

  • Overseeing operations of custodial services and ensures all crews are properly

equipped to perform duties daily.

  • Overseeing conduct of property management and inventory functions, to include

documentation and control.

  • Overseeing conduct of security management functions, to include on-site monitoring

for physical security and protection of site personnel and visitors.

  • Overseeing conduct of ES&H management functions to include training,

documentation, and control of ES&H requirements and activities.

  • Develops, implements, and applies effective and efficient management control

procedures. Ensures that quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and

measured for effectiveness.

  • Establishes policies and procedures for performance and control of all company

business management functions and the management and supervision of technical

support.

  • Serves as the principal Logistics liaison between Company and Government on this

Program, interfacing with Government authorities, subcontractors, technical

representatives, and managers as required.

  • Supports detailed planning and approval of operational budget, monitors contractual

performance and cost of the work, and acts to minimize/correct discrepant conditions.

  • Ensures personnel understand how their efforts influence the site’s ability to meet and

exceed contractual requirements. Ensure personnel receive objectives and standards,

are held accountable for meeting them, and are rewarded for their efforts.

  • Responsible to ensure all site applicable Operating Instructions, Project Orders, Sops,

Plans, Policies, and Procedures, and Work Instructions are carefully followed to ensure

all internal and external audits are passed with minimal to no noncompliance issues.

  • Performs Other Duties as Assigned.

Education/Experience Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for

one year of education, if degree is required.

Bachelor’s Degree is required in fields like business administration, economics, or supply chain
