 Under the direct Supervision of Logistics Supervisor, the Traffic Management Specialist provides movement control support for the surface/air/sea movement of cargo and personnel through the U.S. Military transportation system. Responsible for receiving, validating and processing all transportation movement requests (TMR) and Air Movement Requests (AMR) for the personnel and equipment transiting, originating and terminating assigned Movement Control Team Area of Responsibility. Labeling, placarding and marking equipment for shipment. Identifies and troubleshoots problem areas in movement and recommends solutions to management. Works closely with customers to ensure desired movement objectives, priorities and schedules are met and communicated to management. Analyzes work process and develops matrix for measuring performance. Instill a safety-first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries.

Systems Administrator I

 Position will administer and manage Subcontracts and Subcontract related activities at V2X within the CONUS/OCONUS region, which may involve both foreign and domestic subcontractors. This position will execute and administer various types of Subcontracts and Purchase Orders (POs) through close-out, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures, legal guidelines, FAR/DFARS clauses, and customer requirements. Work on complex subcontract matters in both domestic and contingency locations and provides Program Management with contractual guidance while exercising sound ethical and professional judgment within a broadly defined best practice and written policy structure. Responsible for protecting the legal and financial interest of V2X during all discussions and interactions with customers and suppliers. Drafts Request for Proposals, develops source selection criteria, analyzes cost/price data to determine price reasonableness, leads negotiation efforts with subcontractors, and reviews and interprets clauses, formal amendments, agreements and legal documents. Subcontracts Administrator Sr

 Reports to the OSS Supply Manager. Responsible for monitoring and assuring the Base Life Support subcontractor's compliance with the technical requirements of the subcontract, including providing the Subcontractor with technical direction, which must remain within the scope of the subcontract as it is written. This includes the BLS services and Dumpster subcontracts.

 Inspecting and certifying acceptability of the services rendered throughout the period of performance in terms of quantity, quality, and timeliness as these terms are defined in the subcontract. This will require accessing secure or sensitive areas and locations.

 Reviews and approves reports and all materials provided by the Subcontractor as called for by the contract. Notifies the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager if reports or other items submitted are to be rejected and states the basis for rejection.

 Completes and forwards timely progress reports, to the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager

Immediate notification is essential to assure that timely and appropriate action is taken to protect Vectrus rights under the Subcontract.

 Provides copies of all correspondence between the Subcontract Technical Monitor and the Subcontractor relating to contract issues to the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager.

 Prepares memoranda for the record covering all meetings/discussions between the Subcontract Technical Monitor and the Subcontractor and forwards copies to the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager. It is critically important to keep them informed of the context of all communications with the Subcontractor to prevent misunderstandings or situations that could affect the contract terms or conditions and become the basis of future claims against Vectrus.

 Advises the Subcontractor that in the event the Subcontractor desires to propose a change, he or she should submit the request in writing to the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator, Quality, and Supply and Services Manager and specifically identify the effect that the proposed change(s) will have on the terms of the contract (technically and/or monetarily).

 Assures that changes in work under the contract are not implemented before written authorization or a contract modification is issued by the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator. Costs for work performed may not be allowed if not authorized under the contract. No change or commitment should be directed without prior written authorization by the Vectrus Subcontract Administrator.

 Makes site visits daily, to check the Subcontractor performance to include:

 Verification that all Government Furnished Property (GFP) is being used strictly for the subcontract and that proper safeguards are in place to protect all GFP from theft or damage.

Clerks work in an industrial environment. Duties include the loading, unloading and moving of sacks of mail and packages weighing up to 70 pounds. Clerks also receive and dispatch bulk volume of mail for joint U.S. military and foreign military coalition forces, civilian DOD and contractors in Kuwait.
