 Overview
 
 
 
 The MWR Specialist is responsible for performing the day-to-day operational tasks for any one of the following functional areas: Fitness, Lounge, Housekeeping/Custodial, Linen Exchange, Community Activities Centers (CAC), Learning Resource Center (LRC), Media Center and Theater which all operate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Services provided include but are not limited to; customer service, cashier, bartending, lounge support services, basic facility &amp; equipment maintenance, coordination of special events, games, cultural tours, day or evening trips, and other supporting activities as specified in the Performance Work Statement. The MWR Specialist reports to the assigned Dept. Manager.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for performing all duties required for the operation of installation services. Duties include, but are not limited to, cashier, customer service, bartending, lounge support, basic maintenance and cleaning, inventory, stocking, basic technical equipment assistance, event setup and break down, tour &amp; trips guide, linen exchange, etc. as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for monitoring other country nationals in accordance with AFCENTI 32-1002 and obtain escort badge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides excellent customer service and performs related tasks in all functional areas of Recreational Services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, working as a team and providing clean, friendly and well maintained facilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the maintenance and condition of Vectrus assigned facilities and equipment. Shall submit work orders as needed to replace/repair, track submissions through completion.
 </li>

 Shall issue equipment to guests, track issuance and return per the PWS. Follow procedures for repair/replacement of items.

 Shall complete, maintain inventories, and complete necessary documentation.

 Shall accomplish special events and complete after-action reports.

 Shall provide set up and breakdown of Government furnished equipment such as tables, chairs, music system, ice chests, stages, etc.

 Responsible for completing all assigned Vectrus and Government required training courses.

 Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment, and tools).

 Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.

 Assist with transporting OCN staff to and from badging appointment and signing for badges as a UPC.

 Qualifications

 Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

 Must be capable of obtaining an Air Force flight line driver&rsquo;s license and capable of driving a manual transmission, CDLA and forklift experience preferred.

MWR Specialist

 Reports to the Property Administrator and performs Specialist functions in managing the Property Management System for the appointed contract in accordance with FAR Clause 52.245-1, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and the Property Control Plan. Must be able to maintain professional and transparent relationships. This is a entry-level specialist position with relevant specialist or administrative duties.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Reports to the Lead or Senior MCS. Performs administrative tasks in receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing Government Material/Property and compiles automated stock records in Maximo and other computer systems. Operate Material Handling Equipment to move product as required.

 Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

 Experience:

 Minimum 3 years&rsquo; security or law enforcement/military experience.

 Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required. Computer skills include a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

 Employees must be willing and able to perform job requirements in this environment, as well as deploying to Qatar for extended periods. Work schedules are typically six (6) days per week and twelve (12) hours per day. Work is performed in shifts and may include day or night shift.

 Employees must be able to lift, carry and/or wear forty (40) pounds of personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time and be capable of running during emergencies without putting oneself or others at risk. All staff must maintain physical, medical, and dental requirements for duration of deployment.
