 Ensures routine and emergency maintenance on the fire alarm systems and peripheral equipment, components, and subsystems in the Area of Responsibility (AOR) are performed IAW NFPA 72 and UFC3-600-01, as well as other model building codes as directed .Reviews the inspections, testing, and repair of fire alarm control panels, initiating, indicating, and monitoring devices Ensures testing, and maintenance on fire suppression systems consisting of wet pipe sprinkler, pre-action sprinkler, FM200 clean agent systems, fire pumps, and associated equipment are performed IAW NFPA 25, NFPA 2001 and UFC 3-601-02, as well as other model building codes as directed . Performs in secure, critical, and sensitive designed areas under control of the U.S. Army in accordance with contract requirements.

 Provides direction in the accomplishment of the maintenance and repair of systems associated with fire detection, suppression and other equipment that is a component part of the overall fire protection system

 Performs inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems IAW UFC 3-601-02 using NFPA 72 and NFPA 25 as guidelines, as well as other model building codes as directed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilizes test equipment and meters such as voltmeters, ammeters, telephone test sets, smoke detector sensitivity testers, and wire tracing equipment, and others for locating and diagnosing equipment, distribution, and control system malfunctions.

 Utilizes computer software to program fire alarm control panels and perform load calculations for installed systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilizes various hand tools, shop tools, and equipment in accomplishing repairs and maintenance of these systems and components.

 Troubleshoots and repairs fire protection circuits and equipment. Repairs or replaces defective components.
 </li>
 <li>
 Requests and maintains accountability for parts, tools, equipment and materials required for work performance and work assignments.
 </li>

 May be required to conduct both routine and emergency services after normal work periods.

 Performs the majority of work in the sensitive and secure areas of military installations and facilities in accordance with the established security procedures of the U.S. Army and contract requirements

 Minimum Qualifications:

 Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

 Qualifications have to meet the criteria as outlined in UFC 3-601-02. Recognized journeyman or craftsman-level qualification for fire alarm systems. Examples include, but are not limited to, certification in Fire Alarms (NICET level III, Water Suppression (NICET Level III), and Special Hazards Suppression Systems (NICET Level III), formalized labor organization-based journeyman training, valid current qualification of license from any state, and factory training.
 </li>
 <li>
 Associates degree and two years experience or High School Diploma and six years experience that can be documented. Examples include: previous job descriptions, DD214 and Military/Civilian Performance reports, job experience letter on company or corporate letterhead from previous employers.
 </li>

 A valid driver&rsquo;s license and the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator&rsquo;s License and host nation Driver&rsquo;s License, is required.

Fire Alarm Lead

A Compliance Auditor protects assets by completing audits, employee trainings and implementing other management methods as assigned to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls. Uninterrupted Power Supply Technician

 Under supervision of Compliance Supervisor, ensures that all assigned areas are in environmental compliance in accordance with PWS and industry standard. Ensures environmental specialist personnel complete all tasks in accordance with the Public Works Environmental Services, Performance Work Statement, and LOGCAP V Environmental, Safety &amp; Health directives. Inspects and monitors Environmental Compliance Specialist procedures to ensure all steps are followed. Randomly supervises Environmental Compliance Specialist conducting monthly environmental assessments to reinforce training and application of regulations. Creates Environmental Compliance audit Calendars for their assigned work location(s). Reviews and edits audit report forms for accuracy before sending to the Compliance Supervisor for approval. They assist in making key decisions for technical issues related to the environmental compliance after considering everything from environmental hazards to reports of environmental assessments, inspections and audits. The Technical Monitor must provide guidance for environmental compliance members when it comes to training, implementing, and updating environmental guidance. Will assist with ensuring Environmental SOW compliance and other duties as assigned.

 Under broad direction of the Production Control Lead/ Supervisor, the Stock Control Clerk responsible for ordering and receiving Class II, III and Class IV materials through the GCSS-A system. Monitors/maintains an accurate and up-to-date inventory control system involving transfer orders and DD1348-1A documentation daily. Performs daily GCSS-Army operation. Monitors and verifies all data input into GCSS-Army system. Produce management and production reports. Process supported customers request into the system. Maintains perpetual inventory system ensuring the inventory is completely counted monthly and quarterly. Generally, monitors stock control activities and provide technical assistance.
