Job Summary
· Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other information to determine reasonable prices.
· PL delivery and procurement and manages execution and tracking of procurement activities within the team, while ensuring quality of delivery service at improved transactional cost. Ensures buyers minimize risk regarding quality and financial exposure by buying in accordance with quality and commercial procedures and in accordance with Company guidelines.
· Meet with vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services determine corrective action.
· Evaluate and monitor contracts to be sure that vendors and supplies comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need changes.
· Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
· Work out agreements with suppliers, such as when products will be delivered.
· Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
· Interview vendors and visit suppliers’ plants and distribution centers, examine and learn about products, services, and prices.
· International shipping and business experience is desired.
· Support the development of a pricing database for transportation projects in the region
· Assist sales right from the first interaction with the customer until onboard, including
· Supporting the sales team with rate procurement and based on market trends.
· Support Tender Managers in developing pricing models on existing cost models (s),
· Knowledge about LC & Incoterms to execute overseas transactions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP MM, Oracle, JD Edwards)
- Strong skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, cost tracking)
- Familiarity with e-procurement platforms
- Proficiency in English and Hindi. Arabic is a plus
- 7 years of experience in Procurement & Logistics

- With international shipping experience such as buying equipment and vehicles, dealing with shipments and another related tasks.
