Job SummaryThe Site Nurse is responsible for providing immediate medical care and first aid services to employees at the project site, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and occupational standards. The role includes maintaining medical records, conducting health assessments, and supporting HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) programs in alignment with company policies and UAE health regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide first aid and emergency medical care to site personnel in case of accidents, injuries, or health emergencies.</li><li>Monitor and maintain the site clinic with adequate medical supplies, equipment, and medications in accordance with HAAD/DOH standards.</li><li>Conduct daily health checks and promote health awareness among workers.</li><li>Ensure all medical equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functional.</li><li>Assist in implementing and monitoring HSE and occupational health programs.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and documentation as per company and HAAD/DOH requirements.</li><li>Support in the pre-employment and periodic medical examinations of site staff.</li><li>Coordinate with local hospitals and emergency services when referrals or transfers are required.</li><li>Participate in health and safety training and emergency drills.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to infection control, hygiene, and confidentiality protocols.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Registered Nurse with valid HAAD/DOH License (mandatory).</li><li>Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of clinical or occupational health experience, preferably in a construction or industrial site setting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and occupational health standards.</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle emergencies under pressure.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Training in First Aid, Trauma Management, or Occupational Health Nursing.</li><li>Familiarity with HSE management systems (ISO 45001, OSHA).</li><li>Computer literacy (MS Office, health record systems).</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Based at the project site.</li><li>Rotational or shift-based work schedule may be required.</li><li>Must be available for emergency response at all times during site hours.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Project Logistics Sales, especially in sectors like Construction, Oil &amp; Gas, and Industrial Projects. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in both local and international markets.Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Actively search for and pursue new customers in the UAE market with a focus on project logistics services.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and attend client meetings to present company capabilities and solutions.</li><li>Generate new leads and opportunities through market visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.</li><li>Build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships.</li><li>Respond to RFQs / BOQs and coordinate with internal departments to prepare accurate proposals.</li><li>Target and develop business with Construction, Oil &amp; Gas, Air, and Road Logistics sectors.</li><li>Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects in line with local sales KPIs.</li><li>Participate in contract negotiations including pricing, payment terms, and scope of services.</li><li>Register the company with major contractors and project owners to maximize tender opportunities.</li><li>Understand and document customer needs (regular, seasonal, or project-based) and update CRM accordingly.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and manage feedback or non-conformities.</li><li>Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client communication, and forecast business.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Contract Logistics) to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Track and report on competitor activity, market trends, and potential threats.</li><li>Focus on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing accounts.</li><li>Help develop SOPs for key clients in collaboration with operations and management teams.</li><li>Ensure all sales reporting, forecasts, and activity logs are up to date and accurate.</li><li>Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and business networking events.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in Business Development within Project Logistics, preferably in the UAE.</li><li>Strong understanding of Oil &amp; Gas, Construction, and Industrial Logistics sectors.</li><li>Existing network or client base in the UAE is a strong advantage.</li><li>Experience in handling RFQs, BOQs, and contract submissions.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting systems.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>UAE driving license preferred.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
