Job Description: Vehicle Cross Hiring ExecutiveRole OverviewThe Vehicle Cross Hiring Executive is responsible for coordinating the hiring, allocation, and utilization of vehicles between internal branches, partner vendors, and clients. The role ensures optimal fleet availability through effective negotiation, documentation, vendor management, and operational tracking. The position requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced transport or logistics environment.Key Responsibilities1. Vehicle Hiring &amp; Allocation<ul><li>Coordinate cross-hiring of vehicles from vendors, partners, and internal branches based on daily operational requirements.</li><li>Ensure timely arrangement of vehicles for deliveries, logistics operations, or client assignments.</li><li>Maintain real-time visibility of fleet availability and utilization.</li></ul>2. Vendor &amp; Partner Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with vehicle suppliers and transport partners.</li><li>Negotiate rates, terms, and service conditions to ensure cost-effective hiring.</li><li>Ensure vendors comply with company standards (vehicle condition, documentation, driver verification, etc.).</li></ul>3. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Manage all documents related to vehicle hiring (agreements, invoices, challans, licenses, insurance, etc.).</li><li>Conduct driver verification and vehicle compliance checks before dispatch.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and operational guidelines.</li></ul>4. Operational Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with transport coordinators, dispatch teams, and branch managers.</li><li>Track vehicle movement and ensure timely arrival/departure for assignments.</li><li>Resolve on-ground issues related to vehicle breakdowns, delays, or vendor support.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Maintain records of hired vehicles, costs, vendor performance, and utilization.</li><li>Monitor hiring expenses and recommend cost optimization strategies.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly hiring and expense reports.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of vehicle types, logistics operations, and fleet management.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li><li>Basic understanding of compliance documents (RC, insurance, driver license, permits).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, and TMS/FMS software (preferred).</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in transport operations, fleet management, or cross-hiring roles (depending on company needs).</li><li>Experience working with transport vendors or logistics companies is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

VEHICLE Cross Hiring Executive

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide first aid and emergency medical care to site personnel in case of accidents, injuries, or health emergencies.</li><li>Monitor and maintain the site clinic with adequate medical supplies, equipment, and medications in accordance with HAAD/DOH standards.</li><li>Conduct daily health checks and promote health awareness among workers.</li><li>Ensure all medical equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functional.</li><li>Assist in implementing and monitoring HSE and occupational health programs.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and documentation as per company and HAAD/DOH requirements.</li><li>Support in the pre-employment and periodic medical examinations of site staff.</li><li>Coordinate with local hospitals and emergency services when referrals or transfers are required.</li><li>Participate in health and safety training and emergency drills.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to infection control, hygiene, and confidentiality protocols.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Registered Nurse with valid HAAD/DOH License (mandatory).</li><li>Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of clinical or occupational health experience, preferably in a construction or industrial site setting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and occupational health standards.</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle emergencies under pressure.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Based at the project site.</li><li>Rotational or shift-based work schedule may be required.</li><li>Must be available for emergency response at all times during site hours.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
