Business Development ExecutiveJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Project Logistics Sales, especially in sectors like Construction, Oil &amp; Gas, and Industrial Projects. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in both local and international markets.Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Actively search for and pursue new customers in the UAE market with a focus on project logistics services.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and attend client meetings to present company capabilities and solutions.</li><li>Generate new leads and opportunities through market visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.</li><li>Build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships.</li><li>Respond to RFQs / BOQs and coordinate with internal departments to prepare accurate proposals.</li><li>Target and develop business with Construction, Oil &amp; Gas, Air, and Road Logistics sectors.</li><li>Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects in line with local sales KPIs.</li><li>Participate in contract negotiations including pricing, payment terms, and scope of services.</li><li>Register the company with major contractors and project owners to maximize tender opportunities.</li><li>Understand and document customer needs (regular, seasonal, or project-based) and update CRM accordingly.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and manage feedback or non-conformities.</li><li>Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client communication, and forecast business.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Contract Logistics) to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Track and report on competitor activity, market trends, and potential threats.</li><li>Focus on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing accounts.</li><li>Help develop SOPs for key clients in collaboration with operations and management teams.</li><li>Ensure all sales reporting, forecasts, and activity logs are up to date and accurate.</li><li>Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and business networking events.</li></ul>Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in Business Development within Project Logistics, preferably in the UAE.</li><li>Strong understanding of Oil &amp; Gas, Construction, and Industrial Logistics sectors.</li><li>Existing network or client base in the UAE is a strong advantage.</li><li>Experience in handling RFQs, BOQs, and contract submissions.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting systems.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>UAE driving license preferred.</li><li>Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
