• 
  Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
  
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
  
• Monitor patient progress and response to treatments, communicating changes to the healthcare team.
  
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatments, and preventative care.
  
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• Adhere to infection control policies and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of Pediatric Clinical Nursing experience
  
• Must be eligible to take the SCFHS exam.
  
• Current license as a professional registered nurse.
  
• Proficient in English
