Oracle Business Value Services (BVS) team advises business leaders in areas where technology and business meet – their digital strategies. Oracle BVS is looking for a management consultant in KSA to work with our customers defining how technology can be leveraged to transform their business and get ahead of the competition.


Role Description

As part of the Oracle ECEMEA BVS team, you will be a core member of client engagement working alongside leaders in technology and digital solutions. You will advise Oracle customers at the executive level across industries supporting them to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence, building on their strategy and business imperatives, and considering their industry and the market they operate in.


As an individual contributor, you will manage your own time while leveraging a broad and diverse set of skills across Oracle to develop effective approaches. You will work primarily in KSA focusing on one or more industries. Minimal travel within KSA may be required and is not expected to exceed 1-2 trips a month, where you spend no more than 1-2 days at a customer site. The nature and set up of the BVS engagements enable a healthy work life balance.


What you will do

  • Lead business value oriented client engagements with the largest and most strategic customers to deliver high impact, measured in booked deals and customer satisfaction
  • Provide direct deal support by leveraging industry knowledge, management consulting skills and analytical abilities in identifying key drivers, assessing process capabilities, articulating bespoke Oracle value proposition and developing a business case for overall technology-enabled business transformation
  • Integrate industry strategy, customer operational objectives, and business process understanding to define a clear solution strategy and roadmap with actionable value communication
  • Contribute to team thought leadership through synthesizing customer and industry experiences into content and methodologies that are reusable and repeatable
  • Define and help execute account strategies in collaboration with sales teams, driving customer impact and maintaining internal alignment and customer centricity, ensuring focus key customer objectives

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience including a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with a premier Management Consulting firm or 2-4 years of experience with industry leading companies in a strategy / Transformation role
  • MBA from a top-tier business school
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and participate in strategic consulting projects with varied industry focus and business imperatives
  • Proven aptitude to work in a virtual team environment and ability to build consensus and drive action-oriented decisions
  • Basic Project management skills to help drive execution of strategic account plans across multiple teams
  • Exceptional business problem solving abilities combined with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of technology landscape covering emerging technologies (AI, GenAI, cloud, etc.)
