Job Description
  • Must have at least 2-3 years experience working on ERP Next software
  • Must be an expert in Advance Excel
  • Experience working in manufacturing Industry preferred.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Process sales orders, delivery notes and sales invoices for customers
  • Resolves any discrepancies for invoicing with customers
  • Prepares proforma invoices and send timely statement of accounts to customers
  • Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for program and for the organization.
  • Liaise with other colleagues to close the books and manage workloads and deadlines.
  • Maintain, review and reconcile bank accounts and statements
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • accounting: 2 years (Required)
  • Advanced Excel: 2 years (Required)
  • working on ERP Next: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English fluently (Preferred)
