This position is based in Dammam -Saudi Arabia. Candidates must possess a valid passport and willing to relocate to Saudi only may apply.a. Management of all production activities including; material management, operations, day to day management of production activities.b. Generating Daily Production reports to accurately show jobs in progress, and scheduled jobs.c. Ensure material is produced and delivered as per the committed timelines.d. Work with Operations Manager to set production targets, and provide regular updates on any variances.e. Ensure all production processes are executed as per customer specifications.f. Handling production workers &ndash; day shift and night shift organization and allocations of workers subject to work load.g. Development of production staff skills to improve production rates, quality, and efficiency.h. Coordination with stores and logistics to ensure adequate material supply to execute jobs in hand.i. Managing machine maintenance schedules to ensure periodic maintenance, avoid downtime, and upkeep of machines and tools.j. Enforce and Implement ISO 9001 procedures and requirements. Maintain and update all ISO related records.k. Update daily production plans.l. Delivery Coordination.m. Set up Production quality protocols.n. Coordinate material consumption/usage with Operations Manager.o. Setup and enforce welding procedures and protocols.p. Production Engineer HVAC Products

1. Create CAM and CAD BOQ for Duct layout drawings for production and order processing.2. Prepare all engineering drawing for sales and engineering department3. Produce production ready drawings - ensuring the drawing programs are compatible with the machinery along with all correct hardware &amp; materials being selected4. Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts5. Verify quantities for OPRs (Order Processing Requests) in accordance with relevant clients LPOs.6. Reporting on the jobs progress and drawing completion - before the cutting list is prepared and production commenced in the factory7. Provide approximate values for each OPR in the ERP.8. Create OPRs for ductwork, dampers, louvers, VAV boxes and sound attenuators in ERP9. Verify quantities for OPRs (Order Processing Requests) in accordance with relevant clients LPOs.10.
