a. Management of all production activities including; material management, operations, day to day management of production activities.b. Generating Daily Production reports to accurately show jobs in progress, and scheduled jobs.c. Ensure material is produced and delivered as per the committed timelines.d. Work with Operations Manager to set production targets, and provide regular updates on any variances.e. Ensure all production processes are executed as per customer specifications.f. Handling production workers &ndash; day shift and night shift organization and allocations of workers subject to work load.g. Development of production staff skills to improve production rates, quality, and efficiency.h. Coordination with stores and logistics to ensure adequate material supply to execute jobs in hand.i. Managing machine maintenance schedules to ensure periodic maintenance, avoid downtime, and upkeep of machines and tools.j. Enforce and Implement ISO 9001 procedures and requirements. Maintain and update all ISO related records.k. Update daily production plans.l. Delivery Coordination.m. Set up Production quality protocols.n. Coordinate material consumption/usage with Operations Manager.o. Setup and enforce welding procedures and protocols.p. Production Engineer - HVAC accessories Manufacturing

<ul><li>Co-ordinate, monitor and supervise internal day to day sales activities.</li><li>Assist the sales team in preparation of quotations, technical submittals and related documentation.</li><li>Assess the purchase orders against the offered / agreed terms, commercial and contractual obligations, prior to acknowledgement of the order.</li><li>Assist the Sales team in preparation of techno-commercial documentation, tender submittals pertaining to the large projects.</li><li>Process the Sales Orders and monitor production and delivery progress against each order.</li><li>Closely liaise with production team in prioritizing the deliveries based on the inputs from sales team.</li><li>Monitor and maintain progress of all enquiries, quotes, logs for Ductwork and Acoustic products.</li><li>Conduct daily sales progress and forecast updates with productions and sales.</li><li>Use Ventures and BNC to gather project intelligence and upcoming projects details.</li><li>Keep track of ongoing production jobs and update the sales team of any deviations from the original delivery schedule.</li><li>Co-ordinate with the sales team in updating of periodic sales reports and resolution of customer queries / complaints etc.</li><li>Exercise due diligence with respect to the payment / credit related issues and deal with such cases in close co-ordination with the Sales and finance team.</li><li>Conduct periodic email campaigns, cold calls to the clientele, in order to promote new products and generate new leads, as directed by the Sales Head</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current salary</li><li>Notice period</li><li>Reason to change job</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HVAC Sales Coordination: 3 years (Required)</li><li>preparing Quotations and Submittals of HVAC product: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Qatar ID (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
