Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Overall responsibility of CVS IT Infrastructure including servers, local area network and CCTVs, ERPs etc.</li><li>Provide guidance, direction, training to other staff on the use and deployment of IT.</li><li>Implement IT system security in the organization to ensure safety of data and IT system.</li><li>Supervise WAN/LAN.</li><li>Manage and maintain computer work stations and Laptops etc.</li><li>Provide support in troubleshooting of computer problems, ERP, CCTV, Access Control Systems etc.</li><li>Manage the proper storage of all company data and archiving of records and backups.</li><li>Interact with Managers on a daily basis to be able to see and understand their IT problems and provide competent solutions to these problems.</li><li>Ensure smooth and efficient running of all IT systems in the organization.</li><li>Keep the employees informed on the various technological changes that are taking place in CVS.</li><li>Communicate with management in regards to IT related issues.</li><li>Identify new computer systems and trends in the market so that the organization&rsquo;s IT status is always on the forefront.</li><li>Organize and lead team meetings for IT issues.</li><li>Ensure that the standard local licensing requirements are met and fulfilled.</li><li>Come up with the budget for the department and implementing it.</li><li>Specification, ordering and installation of equipment and software.</li><li>Maintenance of network software systems.</li><li>Control over software licensing.</li><li>Control of the IT budget.</li><li>Maintaining the quality and relevance of information, including updating the site as required, in consultation with the General Manager.</li></ul>Required Work Experience &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and software</li><li>Good knowledge of maintaining local servers</li><li>Good knowledge of networks and hardware including firewalls, switches, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of Firewall, switches, servers configurations etc.</li><li>Experienced in developing and deploying network policies</li><li>Experienced in setting up Access Controls and CCTVs.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, SQL</li><li>CCNA Certification</li><li>Minimum three years of work experience is required in a similar role.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Reason for change</li><li>Current salary</li><li>Notice period days</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>IT Support (min L2) : 3 years (Required)</li><li>server support: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>firewall and switches management: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li> Access Controls and CCTVs.: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>developing and deploying network policies: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
