Create Revit and 3D Drawings for products such as: dampers, Louvers, ductwork, boards, assemblies etc.II. Create CAM and CAD BOQ for Duct layout drawings for production and order processing.III. Work with other modelers and develop CAD and BIM team.IV. Prepare all engineering drawing for sales and engineering departmentV. Produce production ready drawings - ensuring the drawing programs are compatible with the machinery along with all correct hardware &amp; materials being selectedVI. Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design conceptsVII. Prepare quotations for ductwork, dampers, louvers, VAV boxes and sound attenuators for customers using ERP systems and Costing sheets.VIII. Create OERs (Order Evaluation Requests) for inquiries without a Purchase Order.IX. Generate Sales Orders for all products in ERP systems.X. Prepare submittals, including acoustic calculations and schedules.XI. Verify quantities for OPRs (Order Processing Requests) in accordance with relevant clients LPOs.XII. Reporting on the jobs progress and drawing completion - before the cutting list is prepared and production commenced in the factoryXIII. Generating Daily Production reports to accurately show jobs in progress, and scheduled jobsXIV. Provide approximate values for each OPR in the ERP.XV. Only complete answered applications shall be accepted.</li><li>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:</li><li>Performed complete accounts for AP/AR and ensure timely closing of accounts</li><li>Process sales orders, delivery notes and sales invoices for customers.</li><li>Follow up with customers for payments, ensuring credit terms are being enforced.</li><li>Resolve any discrepancies for invoicing with customers.</li><li>Prepare proforma invoices and send timely statement of accounts to customers.</li><li>Responsible for entering financial information and maintaining all financial records for program and for the organization.</li><li>Liaise with other colleagues to close the books and manage workloads and deadlines.</li><li>Preparation of daily cash flow projections.</li><li>Maintain, review and reconcile bank accounts and statements.</li><li>Prepare Commercial Invoice for LC, Maintain LC Track Sheet, LC Correspondence,</li><li>Generating Open Jobs Report, Prepare Accounts Receivable and Payable Status Report.</li><li>Assist with stock and material planning in collaboration with Sales &amp; Operations, review monthly stock audits to validate inventory stock levels in ERP before closing</li><li>Conduct job costing analysis and prepare reporting by customer and product type for Senior Management</li><li>Prepare monthly financial closing statements,</li><li>Job order tracking.</li><li>Secures financial information by completing database backups.</li><li>Ensure full compliance of financial activities, financial recording/reporting and audit follow up with JNF rules, regulations, policies and strategies</li><li>Ensure the frequent preparation of forecasts, strategies, and budgets</li><li>Prepare and review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs and direct the organization&rsquo;s budgets to meet its financial goals. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities</li><li>Payroll management - Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and other benefits to employees.</li><li>Prepare VAT reports and VAT filing</li><li>SPECIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, is required.
