Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough research on the UK, and Europe e-commerce markets, identifying trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
• Analyze and stay updated on industry best practices, algorithm changes, and policy updates on Amazon.

2. Product Management:

• Source, list, and manage a diverse range of apparel products, including clothing, sports gear, baby brands, and automotive accessories.
• Optimize product listings for maximum visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

3. Supply Chain Management:

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify potential issues, and implement strategies to prevent stock outs.

4. Performance Optimization:

• Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategies for price optimization, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

5. Customer Experience:

• Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience through responsive communication, accurate product information, and efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage customer reviews and feedback to enhance product listings and address customer concerns.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant e-commerce regulations and policies in the UK, and Europe.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Amazon drop shipping operations in the UK, and Europe.
• Track record of successfully working with apparel products, including clothing, sports, baby brands, and automotive accessories.
• In-depth understanding of the e-commerce landscape in the UK, and Europe, with a focus on apparel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Remote based role
