Candidate Requirements :

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial/supervisory role within the automotive sector, ideally in leasing.
• Communication: Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written) for effective client interactions.
• Education: University Graduate with a relevant degree in business, automotive management, or a related field.
• Visa Status: Must hold a transferable visa #18 candidate must be Kuwait-based.
• Driving License: Possesses a valid Kuwait driver’s license for on-site visits and business travel.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in leasing software, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to assess client needs and tailor leasing solutions accordingly.
