Job Summary

We are seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler – Architectural to join our multidisciplinary team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing architectural BIM models that support the production of high-quality, regulation-compliant design documentation. This role demands strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, a deep understanding of UAE authority requirements, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various design disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update accurate architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to identify and resolve design and system clashes.
• Generate precise 2D drawings, layouts, schedules, and detailed documentation from BIM models.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with local authority requirements (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, ADM).
• Participate in design reviews, contributing insights into constructability and spatial coordination.
• Follow and implement project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and standardized modeling protocols.
• Maintain BIM templates, content libraries, and workflows to ensure consistency across projects.
• Provide updated BIM deliverables across all project stages—from tender through to handover.
• Track model revisions and ensure version control and documentation integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling, specifically within the UAE.
• Proven involvement in large-scale developments such as commercial, residential, hospitality, or healthcare projects.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, submission standards, and authority approval procedures.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Clear and professional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to fast-paced project environments.
