Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Bike Driver (Messenger) to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the safe and prompt handling of goods. This position requires someone with excellent road knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Package Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and parcels to various locations within the assigned area.

Route Planning: Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation while adhering to traffic regulations.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers upon delivery, ensuring a positive service experience.

Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the bike is in good working condition, conducting regular checks for maintenance and reporting any issues to management.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate delivery logs, tracking all deliveries and receipts for confirmation.

Safety Compliance: Follow all traffic and safety regulations to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on the road.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations team for efficient scheduling and timely deliveries.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a bike driver or in a similar delivery role.

License: Valid UAE motorcycle driving license.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.

Good communication skills in English

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Basic problem-solving skills.

Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit to handle long hours of driving and lifting packages.

Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent service and communicate professionally with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the courier or logistics industry.

Basic knowledge of GPS and map-reading.

Multilingual abilities are a plus.
