Description

• Perform routine and maintenance on HVAC systems including split units, VRF, and thermostats.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems such as water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, valves, fixtures, and related components.
• Carry out electrical troubleshooting and repairs on lighting, outlets, panels, switches, motors, and control systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
• Complete assigned work orders efficiently and document repairs, parts used, and time taken.
• Assist in the installation of new systems or equipment as needed.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies; report when reordering is needed.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules to ensure long-term functionality of systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests or emergencies, including after-hours support if required.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with local safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Work Environment:

• Work may be performed indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• May involve working at heights, or during off-hours/day for emergency repairs.

Required Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of tools and diagnostic equipment used in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair.
• Understanding of occupational safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Basic computer skills to complete digital work orders and reports.
• Physical capability to lift objects, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks in various environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Education

- High school diploma or technical/vocational training certificate in HVAC fields.
- Diploma in HVAC or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technology.

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance with proven skills in HVAC, plumbing, installation, maintenance, repair, and electrical systems.
