Job Profile
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, and other stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable product specifications. This role is crucial in driving the development of innovative, user-centric digital products that align with the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product roadmaps, feature requirements, and user stories.
- Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for product development.
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and mockups to guide development teams.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure usability and user experience are aligned with business goals.
- Liaise between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support product testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor product performance post-launch and support continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
- Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of requirements through development cycles.
Tools / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product or software development environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Proficiency in creating documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and use case diagrams.
- Familiarity with wireframing tools like Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and general software architecture is an advantage.
