Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to head our BD function — driving inbound/outbound lead generation, crafting tailored proposals, coordinating with internal departments, and managing client engagement during pre-sales and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (20%)
- Prospecting on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch
- Outbound outreach using Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.
- CRM management and campaign follow-ups
Proposal Development (60%)
- Conducting discovery calls and need assessments
- Coordinating with SEO, PPC, WebDev, and Creative teams
- Crafting cost-effective, well-scoped proposals and SOWs
- Leading internal review and post-submission discussions
Client Coordination & Internal Alignment (20%)
- Handover to operations with defined milestones
- Supporting invoicing, contracts, onboarding
- Ensuring transparent internal-client communication
Team Supervision & Strategy
- Mentoring BD Executives and Associates
- Maintaining CRM discipline and sales playbooks
- Optimizing workflows and reporting performance

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- 4–6 years of experience in sales or business development
- 1–2 years in a leadership or pre-sales role
- Strong communication and persuasive writing skills
- Proven ability to understand and align technical solutions with client goals
- Familiarity with proposal tools, CRM, and outreach automation
