What You'll Do

This is a high-impact role ideal for a strategic, results-driven professional with strong business development and pre-sales expertise in the Middle East region. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding Nisum’s footprint by driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to pre-sales efforts. This role requires an experienced candidate who has a proven track record of success in technology and product sales across Middle Eastern markets.

Business Development & Sales

  • Drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the Middle East.
  • Lead client engagements and present Nisum’s technology services and products to key decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of strategic leads in collaboration with marketing and pre-sales teams.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and deep market insight.

Market & Client Strategy

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients across various industries in the Middle East.
  • Analyze market trends and provide strategic input into product and service positioning.
  • Leverage industry contacts and Tier-1 tech company networks to unlock new opportunities.

Pre-Sales & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized proposals, demos, and presentations.
  • Participate in RFP/RFI responses, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through smooth handovers to delivery teams post-sale.

What You Know

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, and pre-sales, primarily focused on Middle East clients.
  • Proven sales track record in the Middle East, with demonstrable achievements in closing complex deals.
  • Experience in selling both technology services and products.
  • Must have prior experience working with Tier-1 tech companies in Pakistan providing services to the Middle East.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead strategic sales engagements.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
