Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Service Operation Executive for our Consumer Electronics (CE) Service division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end coordination with service partners, ensuring timely closure of service requests, and generating high-quality performance reports. This role demands strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in Excel automation, and data visualization using Tableau and PowerPoint.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with multiple service partners to ensure timely execution and closure of all service requests.
  • Daily tracking and follow-up with field teams/technicians/partners to meet SLA timelines.
  • Maintain and update the service operations tracker with accuracy.
  • Develop and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, etc.).
  • Design and maintain dashboards in Tableau for real-time monitoring of KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights to improve service efficiency.
  • Prepare structured and visually impactful PowerPoint presentations for leadership reporting.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of service KPIs, issue trends, and partner performance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, call centers, and technical support for seamless service flow.
  • Support in driving initiatives for service quality improvement and process optimization.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate in any stream; preference will be given to candidates with technical or data-related background.
  • 2+ years of experience in service operations, preferably in the consumer electronics or appliance industry.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Validation, VBA Script, Power Query).
  • Strong knowledge of Tableau dashboard creation and maintenance.
  • Experience in preparing PowerPoint presentations based on big data and service reports.
  • Familiarity with data handling, cleaning, and analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience with service CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Service max, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python for data extraction and processing.
  • Understanding of field service operations and service partner management.
