Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Water Zet Operator to join our production team in the glass and aluminum manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience operating water treatment and Water Zet systems. This role involves monitoring water quality, maintaining system performance, and ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all water treatment-related machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Water Zet equipment as part of the glass/aluminum production process
• Manage water filtration and purification processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Water Zet and related systems
• Adjust and optimize water pressure, flow, and treatment settings
• Maintain accurate data logs of water usage, test results, and maintenance activities
• Ensure safety compliance, especially in handling chemicals and waste disposal
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, escalating where necessary
• Generate regular reports on system performance and water quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a glass or aluminum factory, focusing on water treatment or related systems
• Strong technical knowledge of Water Zet systems and water treatment processes
• Mechanical aptitude for minor repairs and adjustments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to operational challenges
• Knowledge of safety standards and proper chemical handling
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in water treatment or industrial systems are an advantage
