Position Overview:
ABS International is hiring a detail-oriented Compliance Associate for the evening shift. This role is essential for ensuring company-wide adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure compliance alignment
• Maintain thorough documentation of compliance activities
• Support training and awareness initiatives for staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or administration preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Availability to work the designated evening shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
