Job Description

Leadership and Management:

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment within the store team.
  • Provide leadership training and coach the store managers and in-charge

Operational

  • Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards, safety and health regulations.
  • Analyze and address operational issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Report any technical and maintenance issue and resolve immediately.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department and suppliers if required for orders and delivery of items.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of front and back of the house and coordinate with the cleaning and pest control services whenever required.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is adequate and competently staffed to meet the guest’s needs.
  • Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating any complaints.
  • Maintain a healthy and safe environment for the employees and guests.

Financial Performance

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals for the district.
  • Review financial reports, including sales, expenses, and labor costs, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for each location within the district.
  • Oversee and cross-checking the food cost report, sales report, sales comparison and analysis on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met across all locations.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
  • Implement programs and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve any complaints and conflict between management, employees and guests.

Staff Development

  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth.
