Are you passionate about coffee and want to be part of our growing team? Foodvest Holding is looking for a highly dynamic District Managers with proven track of record to fill multiple vacancies for Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Management: Lead, coach, and inspire store managers and their teams across all assigned locations. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support hiring, training, performance evaluation, and succession planning. Ensure consistent leadership presence and support through regular store visits.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations of multiple coffee shops to ensure consistency in service, cleanliness, and operational standards. Ensure all locations are compliant with health, safety, and brand guidelines. Optimize store performance by analyzing reports, conducting audits, and identifying areas for improvement.
Sales & Financial Management: Drive sales growth and monitor P&L performance across the district. Set and monitor financial targets, including cost control, labor management, and cash handling. Ensure accurate food and beverage cost tracking and reporting.
Customer Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service. Monitor customer feedback across stores and implement action plans for improvement. Ensure that every store delivers a welcoming, consistent, and high-quality coffeehouse experience.
Staff Development & Training: Support ongoing training programs and facilitate development for store-level management. Build bench strength by identifying and nurturing internal talent for future leadership roles. Ensure all team members are well-versed in brand values and operational standards.
Marketing & Brand Execution: Support the implementation of local and national marketing campaigns. Monitor and enhance in-store promotions and seasonal launches to drive traffic and engagement. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maintain brand consistency.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all stores operate in compliance with local government regulations and corporate policies. Maintain accurate documentation, including licenses, audits, inspections, and incident reports. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on district performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in multi-unit management within the coffee, café, or QSR sector.
Proven track record in leading high-performance teams across multiple locations.
Strong understanding of operational KPIs, financial reporting, and food cost control.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to travel regularly between store locations.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
Experience working in the Saudi market or GCC region is preferred.
