Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise embroidery staff and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance.
• Ensure product quality meets required standards.
• Allocate work orders and track production progress.
• Maintain records of production and downtime.
• Train new operators and maintain discipline on the floor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in embroidery operations.
• Strong knowledge of embroidery machines (e.g., Barudan, Tajima).
• Ability to lead a team and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
