• Conduct interactive training sessions on English language skills including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Teach core linguistics concepts related to English such as phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse, and sociolinguistics.
• Design curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials tailored to learners' needs—ranging from beginner to advanced proficiency.
• Deliver training both virtually and in person, using a variety of instructional methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Provide targeted instruction in accent neutralization, business communication, email etiquette, and cross-cultural communication where required.
• Assess and track learners’ progress through assessments, presentations, and performance evaluations.
• Provide personalized coaching and feedback to support learner improvement.
• Collaborate with training teams and stakeholders to align instruction with organizational communication standards or academic goals.
• Stay up to date with developments in English language teaching, instructional technology, and applied linguistics.
