Overview:

The Enterprise Solutions Head focuses on developing and managing business-critical applications, ERP systems, and digital transformation initiatives. They ensure that enterprise solutions are seamlessly integrated, scalable, and aligned with business objectives, while driving optimization of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ERP and Application Management and Support, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
• Drive Business Process Automation and Analysis, enhancing workflow effectiveness.
• Lead Integration Services, enabling seamless data and application interoperability.
• Manage Application Development and Customization, ensuring business alignment.
• Supervise Application Performance Monitoring, ensuring optimal system efficiency.
• Direct IT Enterprise Architecture, ensuring structural efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

• 10–12 years of experience in enterprise IT applications and architecture.
• Proven leadership in managing ERP systems and digital transformation programs.
