Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation and tender process management.

Proficient with estimation tools.

Strong understanding of drawings, and standards.

Proven experience in preparing technical and commercial bid packages.

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
