Job Title: Estimator – Aluminum & Façade

Location: Dubai, UAE (Initial) → Relocation to Qatar

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with a strong background in aluminum and façade systems to join our expanding team. The position will begin in Dubai, with a planned relocation to Qatar. This role is essential in preparing accurate project costings and competitive tender submissions for commercial and residential façade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural and structural drawings to prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure comprehensive proposals
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents for tender submissions
• Support value engineering and cost optimization
• Review tender and contract documents, highlighting scope, risks, and exclusions
• Stay updated on material prices, market trends, and innovations in façade systems

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
• 3–5 years of GCC experience in aluminum and façade estimation
• Deep understanding of systems like curtain walls, cladding, windows, doors, and other façade components
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience on mid to large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects is a strong advantage
