  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored event solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Proposal Preparation: Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business and retain existing clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Event Coordination: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events, meeting client expectations.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.


Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in event sales or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Network: Established network within the events industry is highly desirable.
