- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Proposal Preparation: Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business and retain existing clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events, meeting client expectations.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and ensure financial objectives are met.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in event sales or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Attributes: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Network: Established network within the events industry is highly desirable.
