About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive / Assistant Manager – Internal Audit to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our internal audit function by conducting audits, identifying control gaps, and helping improve processes across our operations, especially in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform internal audits at head office and manufacturing locations.
• Assess operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Develop and execute audit procedures based on company policies and past audit outcomes.
• Document audit findings and prepare reports.
• Maintain audit trackers and follow up on open items.
• Assist in updating risk registers, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Use data analytics and SAP tools for audit and continuous monitoring.

Qualifications:

• ACCA or ICMA (Part-Qualified or Finalist).
• 4–6 years of experience in auditing (experience in an audit firm is a plus).
• Familiarity with internal control frameworks and risk assessment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
