Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Business Partnering: Collaborate with various business units to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Management Reporting: Develop and maintain regular financial reports to track performance against targets and communicate key findings to management.
• Cost Control & Optimization: Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of improved financial processes and systems.
• Project Support: Participate in ad-hoc projects related to financial planning, analysis, and control.

Program Requirements

• You must be a fresh graduate or have a maximum of 2 years' experience.
