What You Will Do: 
The CPD Digital Products & Experiences Manager will be responsible for:
 <ul>
<li>Influencing the roadmap and growth of digital products and services for both D2C (eCommerce) and non-D2C (content-based websites)</li>
<li>Ensuring best-in-class consumer experiences are delivered on owned websites</li>
<li>Ensuring innovative, interactive services are adopted by platform leads and consumers</li>
<li>Owning the strategic roadmap of innovation for brand.com websites at CPD</li>
<li>Creating a community across the platform leads of each CPD brand and enabling each to be successful by sharing best practices, approaches, case studies, and partners</li>
<li>Defining success for our websites and services, measuring and monitoring site performance, and benchmarking all brands across the division</li>
</ul>
This role reports to the divisional Data Driven Consumer Experiences Lead and will collaborate with platform leads across the CPD brands (Maybelline, L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, NYX Professional Makeup, Essie, and SoftSheen-Carson).
 
You Will Be Responsible For Leading: 
DIGITAL PRODUCT STRATEGY: 
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement a division-wide platform & services strategy that leverages the CPD portfolio of products, categories, and digital products (Next Generation L’Oréal EComm Product and Website Factory Content Site Product) to ensure best-in-class experiences are delivered by our brands.</li>
<li>Measure the value of traffic arriving at brand.com sites and product visual stories that draw insights from our site traffic.</li>
<li>Act as the key liaison and influencer to L’Oréal’s global development teams managing the master roadmaps. Ensure that CPD USA digital product needs and features are anticipated and planned for in the development roadmap.</li>
</ul>
PLATFORMS: 
<ul>
<li>Responsible for ensuring a best-in-class user experience across all Brand.com websites, both eCommerce-based and Content-based.</li>
<li>Responsible for understanding the consumer journey, delivering an efficient user experience, and partnering with the commercial team to drive sell-through results.</li>
<li>Support each brand platform lead in the CPD division by creating a community, providing leadership, best practices, and common approaches.</li>
<li>Support and empower brand platform leads to implement innovations, identify consumer experience issues, monitor site health, activate pilots (i.e., Modiface), and test and implement best practices across SEO, search, and site personalization.</li>
</ul>
SERVICES & INNOVATION: 
<ul>
<li>Develop services strategy and implement on brand.com and retailer.com sites.</li>
<li>Monitor the performance and adoption of services by sharing discoverability and engagement best practices.</li>
<li>An eye for the future: Unlocks new tools, ways to incorporate generative AI tools to create business efficiencies</li>
</ul>
DIGITAL ANALYTICS: 
<ul>
<li>Monitor and interpret brand.com site health metrics and share insights with the division, exposing a path for metric improvement over time.</li>
</ul>
WAYS OF WORKING: 
<ul>
<li>Act as a key point of contact for the division for interfacing with global, national, IT, and other divisions on the topic of platforms and services.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Digital Learning team on digital product upskilling.</li>
</ul>
What We Are Looking For: 
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in developing digital experiences, including leading an eCommerce website experience.</li>
<li>Experience in managing and improving performance in SEO, site personalization, site search, dynamic creative, and digital product development.</li>
<li>Expertise in agile software development lifecycle and proven experience in delivering against website performance metrics.</li>
<li>A proven track record of converting data-driven analytics to gain consumer insights, optimize user experience, and drive conversion.</li>
<li>Experience in influencing executive leadership, developing presentations, and building business cases.</li>
<li>Experience coaching and mentoring others and collaborating globally across functions and geographies.</li>
<li>Technical curiosity and rigor with a passion for learning and innovation.</li>

What You Will Learn: 
The role of eCommerce Manager will be responsible for supporting the brand’s digital road map and optimizing the brand’s user experience strategy across our quick-growing eCommerce channel, inclusive of monthly and quarterly promotions, homepage refreshes, product launches, and SEO content updates to provide a best in class experience for our customers. The eCommerce Manager will support the brand’s Site Lead by determining any friction in the consumer experience using analytics and site conversion KPIs and will also help support the brand’s product detail pages and perform QA checks on promotions throughout the site.
 
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities: 
SITE MERCHANDISING & UX
 <ul>
<li>Submit merchandising tickets for all site content updates, performing thorough UAT across devices to ensure an optimal experience</li>
<li>Set up of all new product launches on site, including PDP, set up, inventory tracking and site content</li>
<li>Set up of all merchandising and promotional programing including evergreen offers, major events and holiday programming</li>
<li>Support the ongoing maintenance of the site, including PDP audits, sample programming, 3rd party vendor support, inventory management etc.</li>
<li>Support the site lead and execute on all of the inputs and aspects of the User Experience strategy. This individual should be an outside the box, data focused forward thinker, constantly looking for new ways to support and improve the consumer’s journey</li>
<li>Drive UX/UI excellence to increase conversion, synthesizing key learnings and insights from consumer site behavior to inform a feedback loop with Marketing, Education and DMI, and create an environment of learning and information generosity with sister L’Oreal USA brands</li>
<li>Maintain the brand’s asset management process and execute the development of product detail pages for the brand’s .COM business</li>
<li>Incorporate SEO enhancements (based off observed trends and data-driven insights) within our site’s framework to help drive and convert site traffic into sales</li>
<li>Support the brand’s website platform management, partnering with the Digital Solutions team to ensure site is maintained and ensure that best practices observed for other brands within the L’Oreal portfolio are implemented</li>
<li>Work with cross-functional team members including Digital, US Marketing and Global DMI to support new site features, product launches and tentpole moments on an ongoing basis</li>
<li>Analyze KPIs/customer journeys to monitor and maximize effectiveness/ROI of both existing capabilities and new initiatives</li>

CONTENT STRATEGY
 <ul>
<li>Develop and manage content and digital merchandising calendars, ensuring content delivery and launch deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Brief design teams (internal and external) on site content needs to support product launches, marketing campaigns, generosity and .com services, including virtual consultation, live chat, routine finder, professional livestreams and auto-replenishment.</li>
<li>Oversee digital asset management process and the development of product detail pages for the brand’s .COM business.</li>
<li>Identify content needs and opportunities using consumer testing, predictive and generative AI tools and other resources.</li>
</ul>
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
 <ul>
<li>Assist in managing 3rd party vendor relationships and optimization roadmap to improve overall site experience</li>
<li>Attend monthly vendor reviews to track performance and implement best-in-class practices</li>
<li>Attend monthly business reviews with LeCare to facilitate consumer feedback to the proper channels (i.e. marketing, digital solutions, digital, operations, etc.) and implement feedback for an optimized consumer experience</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>4-5+ years of experience in digital/marketing role</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required</li>
<li>Experience using SNOW or other project management tools (ie. JIRA)</li>
<li>Creative problem solver with the ability to prioritize initiatives and anticipate business needs</li>

 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 The Assistant Manager, Customer Experience role is accountable for partnering with the Customer Marketing Leads and Account Directors to build and enhance customer experience across all CPD Brands on ULTA.com, inclusive of online activations and ongoing content optimization to meet brand&rsquo;s objectives.
 
 
 This person will help execute an annual holistic and balanced activation calendar, in conjunction with the Customer Marketer, for each category which captures national activations, ULTA media, promo activations, and tentpole moments.
 
 
 Lastly, the CX Assistant Manager will be responsible for the total customer experience on the ULTA platform.  This includes, but is not limited to, optimization of product display pages, optimization of titles and bullets, recommendations for best in class content (video, images, etc), and customer brand store and brand shopping pages.
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead the customer/user experience for all product detail pages and brand stores across Cosmetics, Hair &amp; Skin
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Brand Activation teams to ensure content creation for new launches and pillars is refined for ULTA to maximize consumption, search, traffic and conversion (including copy, alt images, A+ content, videos, reviews generation)
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide ongoing maintenance of PDPs including optimization of product titles, descriptions, images, videos, and A+ content
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently review Member Health Scorecards for each brand to determine PDP content engagement and enhancement opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Regular check-ins with CX, BAM and CDMO teams to ensure a consistent L'Oreal approach and consumer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure presence on all new products in Virtual Try On space (GlamLab)

 Required Qualifications

 1-3  years experience in eCommerce and/or Digital Media roles, ULTA-specific preferred
 </li>

 Deep understanding of consumer packaged goods industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of digital marketing/media, promotional tactics and various marketing vehicles

 <li>
 Track record of delivering business results by driving insights and strategically sound marketing programs
 </li>
