HR Assistant (Talent Acquisition Specialist – Evening Shift)

Salary: Up to PKR 45,000 per month

Position Overview:
ABS International is seeking an experienced and organized HR Assistant with a focus on talent acquisition to support our Human Resources operations during the evening shift. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and hands-on experience posting jobs and sourcing candidates on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and post job listings on various platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal job boards
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Assist in planning and executing recruitment campaigns for multiple departments
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases
• Support onboarding processes and ensure all documentation is completed
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, especially in job posting and candidate sourcing
• Strong knowledge of job posting platforms including Indeed and LinkedIn
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
