We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Officer to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry (Real estate development preferred) Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR software and MOHRE website.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
• 1-2 years Experience in real estate development industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
• Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Develop and monitor overall HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws. Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct performance management and support employee development initiatives.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by promoting workplace safety and wellness programs.
• Maintain HR records and reports to track key HR metrics.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Support management in strategic decision-making related to workforce planning and organizational development.
