Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to support daily human resources operations. The HR Associate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee record maintenance, HR policy implementation, and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a seamless orientation experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
- Support the HR team with employee relations, performance review tracking, and benefits administration
- Help organize training and development initiatives
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
- Assist with payroll processing by gathering and verifying timekeeping information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred (internships may count)
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) is a plus
- Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
