Job Description
RIKSOF is an award-winning agency building AI-enabled solutions for mobile, web and IoT projects. We are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated HR Officer. In this role, you should be able to work in a challenging environment with seniors. You should have excellent personal, organization, and HR skills. Hired candidates will be responsible for routine human resource functions, which include recruitment, training and development, and performance assessment.
- Assisting in the recruitment process.
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
- Scheduling interviews and assisting in the interview process.
- Following up on the Test/Interview process status.
- Preparing new employee files/documents.
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
- Maintaining current HR files and databases.
- Maintaining records related to benefits, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, and medical insurance.
