This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, documentation, and follow-ups, and wants exposure to how a startup operates end-to-end.You will act as a central coordination point between internal teams, external partners, customers, and the Founder, ensuring that tasks move forward smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.Key Responsibilities1. Project &amp; Partner Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external partners on ongoing tasks and deliverables</li><li>Track project timelines, action items, and dependencies</li><li>Follow up regularly to ensure commitments are met</li><li>Maintain clear records of discussions, decisions, and next steps</li></ul>2. Customer Onboarding &amp; Support<ul><li>Assist in onboarding new customers by coordinating required information and documentation</li><li>Act as a point of contact for basic customer queries and follow-ups</li><li>Ensure onboarding steps are completed in a timely and organized manner</li></ul>3. Founder Support &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and internal documents for the Founder/CEO</li><li>Organize data, inputs, and updates into clear, structured formats (slides, documents, spreadsheets)</li><li>Support meeting preparation and capture action points and follow-ups</li></ul>4. Task Tracking &amp; Follow-Ups<ul><li>Track tasks across multiple workstreams and stakeholders</li><li>Follow up on pending items and highlight risks or delays proactively</li><li>Help bring structure and visibility to day-to-day operational work</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in operations, coordination, project support, or administrative roles</li><li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Excellent organizational and follow-up skills</li><li>Understanding of IT / software / technology projects (terminology, workflows, tools)</li><li>Comfortable working directly with senior leadership</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)</li></ul>Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
