Business Analyst

RIKSOF is an award-winning agency building AI-enabled solutions for mobile, web and IoT projects.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can also create high-quality technical content.If you can speak to clients, understand requirements deeply, and then convert those insights into SRS, BRDs, user stories, user manuals, proposals, and technology-focused articles, this hybrid role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with clients to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare technical proposals and RFP responses.
• Create BRDs, SRS documents, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in requirement workshops, scoping sessions, demos, and solution design discussions.
• Liaise between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the SDLC.
• Prepare user manuals, SOPs, API documentation, and internal knowledge base materials.
• Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Write blogs, articles, whitepapers, and LinkedIn content.
• Contribute to technical proposals, case studies, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar hybrid role.
• Experience writing SRS/BRD, user stories, or software documentation is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements gathering, Agile processes, and user flow design.
• Excellent English writing skills, with strong clarity, structure, and technical accuracy, are essential
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and switch between BA and writing tasks effectively.

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields)
