Job Title: Senior Functional Consultant (Odoo)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant (Odoo) responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and leading successful system implementations. The candidate will work closely with clients, technical teams, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery, process optimization, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Lead functional workshops, requirement sessions, and solution demonstrations
• Design functional solutions aligned with business processes and system capabilities
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development
• Configure and implement ERP / business software modules
• Provide user training, support, and post-implementation assistance
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and client expectations
• Perform system testing, UAT coordination, and quality assurance
• Identify process improvements and recommend best practices
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 4–7+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst / ERP (Odoo) Consultant
• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain etc.)
• Experience in ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Strong documentation and presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in ERP implementation lifecycle
• Project management exposure
• Client handling and stakeholder management experience
• Functional certifications (ERP / Business Analysis / Project Management)

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
