Job Overview: As the Supply Chain Head at Boss Plastic Furniture, you will oversee and manage all supply chain activities to ensure efficient production and delivery of our high-quality plastic furniture products. You will develop strategies to optimize logistics, procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Procurement Management:
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Inventory Control:
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels to meet production demands.
• Implement inventory management best practices to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Logistics Coordination:
• Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Optimize delivery schedules and routes to enhance efficiency.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the supply chain department.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with production, sales, and marketing teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or furniture industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
