We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Tenant Representation to lead and grow our tenant advisory practice. They will be responsible for setting the vision, driving client strategy, leading a team of occupier advisors , and executing high-value lease and occupancy solutions for corporate and institutional clients. The ideal candidate combines deep market knowledge with leadership experience and a passion for delivering world-class service across the traditional and flexible office markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the tenant representation service line, including business development, client strategy, and deal execution.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of tenant representation professionals.
- Oversee major accounts and complex transactions, serving as senior advisor to key clients.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to grow revenue, expand service offerings, and increase market share.
- Cultivate and manage C-suite relationships across a portfolio of corporate and enterprise clients.
- Set and monitor performance KPIs, budgets, and team objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for innovation, expansion, and value creation.
- Represent the firm in high-stakes negotiations and public forums, strengthening the firm’s brand and thought leadership in the market.
- Collaborate with other business lines (capital markets, project management, research, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate with a strong focus on tenant representation.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering on P&L targets.
- Track record of securing and servicing large-scale, multi-market tenant mandates.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of lease structures, occupancy strategy, and financial modelling.
- Experience managing stakeholders from different markets (international brokers, client leads, local reps)
- Arabic speaker preferred
- Middle East experience preferred
