
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all project management activities, including project financials, stakeholder management, managing business analysts (BAs), risk management, interacting with infrastructure and architecture teams, managing RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), providing weekly updates, and closely managing project schedules. The projects will include End-of-Life (EoL) switch replacements, system upgrades, database access management, and other related infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Financials: Develop and manage project budgets, track project expenditures, and ensure financial performance aligns with project goals.
Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met and providing regular status updates.
Manage Business Analysts (BAs): Supervise and guide BAs to ensure they deliver quality requirements and analysis.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
Infrastructure and Architecture Teams Interaction: Collaborate with infrastructure and architecture teams to ensure project alignment with technical standards and requirements.
RAIDs Management: Effectively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Weekly Updates: Provide regular, concise, and comprehensive project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
Specific Project Types: Manage End-of-Life (EoL) switch replacement projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Oversee system upgrade projects, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure successful implementation.
Handle database access management projects, ensuring proper controls and security measures are in place.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.
