
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify client insurance needs and suggest appropriate policy options.
Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Educate customers on policy terms, benefits, and coverage limits.
Process applications, policy changes, and renewals accurately.
Meet sales targets and participate in promotional insurance campaigns.
Stay updated on insurance regulations and product updates.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure client eligibility.
Job Profile
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex insurance terms.
Prior sales experience is an advantage.
Must be detail-oriented and customer-focused.
Proficiency in using CRM tools or insurance software systems.
