Position Overview:
ABS International is actively hiring International Sales Representatives to join our high-performing evening and night shift sales team in Karachi. This is a performance-driven role offering high earning potential through a competitive base salary and unlimited commission structure. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, confident communicators, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to international clients
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a call center preferred
• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Must be available to work night shifts (flexible options listed above)
